OUR TRAINING In order to be able to provide the best services available to all types of athletes, we offer a variety of specialized programs that paired with your enthusiasm and commitment, guarantee optimal conditions for achieving your established goals. Our coaches and certified staff can help you prepare for any race distance or event of your choice through targeted and effective training. We eliminate over or excessive training that could result in possible injury. Instead, we base our training on technical foundations that allow us to train beginners all the way up to higher level competitive athletes. All physical fitness programs are designed based on heart rate monitoring of each athlete. We offer an online support service that allows you to access your own training plan. In order to be able to provide you with the right work-out plan you must provide us with the following information: PROGRAMS GOLD PROGRAM - $90 OR $150 Program for the independent athlete looking for individual coaching support and a great, detailed, event specific program. EDWIN VARGAS our head coach builds your training areas according to initial evaluation. You will have access to online training, which will be adjusted every two weeks according with feedback and files the athlete provides. Communication once a week (via email) On site assistance directed by one of our coaches one a week at designated location. SILVER PROGRAM - $50 OR $90 General program looking for a basic guide training for the practice of run or triathlon. On site assistance directed by one of our coaches one a week at designated location. Current location: Doral Meadow Park - 11555 NW 58 ST - Doral - Fridays at 6:30am.
